BuyCCFullz was established following the closure of Empire Market. Our platform was created to continue serving loyal customers who remained with us through challenging periods. While we welcome new clients globally, our primary focus remains on maintaining strong relationships with our longstanding customer base.

General Terms & Conditions

Specific terms for products are listed within their respective product descriptions.
We apply practical judgment in all operations to ensure fairness and efficiency.
Telegram group links may be included within order confirmation emails.
By continuing to use our platform, you acknowledge acceptance of all listed policies.

Account Creation & Payment Policies

Create an account before placing any order.
Include your username within order notes during activation.
Only Dogecoin or Litecoin may be used for account top-ups tied to verification requests.
Creating multiple accounts without approval may result in suspension.
Minimum top-up amount is $100.
Minimum initial activation amount is $200.
Accepted payment methods include Bitcoin, Dogecoin, and Litecoin.
Orders unpaid after 60 minutes are automatically cancelled.
Orders placed without intent to pay may result in permanent bans.

Responsibilities & Limitations

Clients are responsible for understanding limitations of their personal accounts.
We are not responsible for account restrictions, freezes, or verification issues on third-party services.
Chargeback or reversal claims must be submitted within 96 hours with visible video proof.
No replacement transfers will be issued for accounts compromised due to failure to use protective measures such as SOCKS5.
Attempts to provide falsified screenshots or manipulated evidence will result in immediate bans.
Products intended for specific regions should only be accessed from matching locations.
Replacement requests for declined cards require valid video proof within the stated timeframe.
CashApp and Venmo issues qualify for one replacement only when proper proof is submitted.

Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders may not be cancellable once processing begins.
Ensure all submitted details are accurate before checkout.
Email addresses and order information cannot always be changed after processing starts.

Refund Policy

All refund decisions remain at the discretion of BuyCCFullz. We strive to make fair and reasonable decisions to maintain trust and operational sustainability.

Partnerships & Restricted Requests

Unapproved partnership inquiries may result in account bans.
Experienced vendors who meet our standards may apply through official contact channels.
Requests for free services or test products are strictly prohibited.

Use your account reference number during verification communications.
Meaningful and respectful communication is expected at all times.
